Bridal locks; buns, plaits and waves

If you are someone who never styles their hair (and I confess, I am one of them) then deciding what to do with your bridal locks can be somewhat of a minefield.

Romantic-chic is my focus with these styles to give that carefree but effortlessly elegant look.

The Bun

You only have to look at SJP for the perfect example of top knot chic. The bun is a style that I never considered for my day but looking through these images makes me wonder why not; it’s so chic it makes me want to cry.

Boho Waves

The wind in your hair has never looked cooler than when you have a head full of waves. This is Oscar red carpet worthy hair. In my book, the ‘styled but not too styled’ look as never been prettier. Do you need another reason?  Didn’t think so.

Plaited

I am late to plaits. Obviously I had them as a child, who didn’t, but grown up plaiting is something I have rarely done. Looking at these styles make me want to start immediately because quite frankly they are awesome.
